市面少見 裹著花瓣的能量籽實 紅藜殼,即是紅藜花。所以帶殼紅藜是「花包覆著種子」,而脫殼紅藜是「單純的種子」。 脫殼紅藜顆粒如芝麻細小,口感如豆腐軟嫩,口味則有淡淡玉米鬚香,加入菜餚不易察覺,尤其適合紅藜新手、孩童或長輩食用! 帶殼紅藜則是全穀更營養!多了「花」含更豐富的膳食纖維及鐵質,紅藜氣味較脫殼明顯,口感上較Q而不硬, 若是高溫悶煮會使天然甜菜色素釋出且轉為黃褐色,將白米染成美美的黃金飯喔! 烹調方式 稍微清洗至水面泡沫減少,帶殼紅藜會浮在水上,建議以細篩網過濾, 帶殼紅藜:白米:水 = 1:9:10放入電鍋,輕鬆煮成黃金飯! 或帶殼紅藜:水 = 1:2 ,小火煮約15分鐘即可,適合加入各式菜餚,像是沙拉、三明治、炒麵等都很對味,甜鹹皆宜!
