Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

1.Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across fintech, financial services, e-commerce, marketplaces, and international remittances.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate OwlPay’s stablecoin and on/off-ramp solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.

2.Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and recommending the right payment and blockchain solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding and account management teams.

3.Market Knowledge & Insights

  • Stay informed on market trends in stablecoins, blockchain, and digital payments.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities for OwlPay’s growth.
  • Share customer and market feedback with internal product, compliance, and marketing teams.

4.Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue goals and key performance metrics.
  • Track sales activities and progress against targets.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and compliance teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and industry events to improve lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or blockchain.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients or U.S. market exposure is preferred.
  • Experience selling digital payment solutions, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus.

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of stablecoins, cryptocurrency ecosystems, or blockchain technologies.
  • Awareness of fintech compliance and regulatory considerations (domestic or
    international) is advantageous.

Sales Skills

  • Proven ability to manage and close sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Personal Qualities

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving industry.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with API-driven payment solutions or system integrations.
  • Experience in SaaS-based sales models.
  • Understanding of cross-border payments, FX, or digital assets.
