其意為"牛"的叫聲"哞~~~"。
在我們的 Logo 中 一隻牛很享受的泡在湯碗裡,是以牛大骨、蔬菜及數十種中藥材 細心慢火熬煮10個鐘頭以上而成的牛骨湯底，並以高級的美國進口牛肉為主，且肉品全經過SGS認證合格，來為消費者的健康把關。

越南河粉據說是在20世紀才出現，其中又以移民到美國的越南僑民所開的越南牛肉河粉最受到消費者喜愛。

2012年 我們特地派遣一名主廚赴美國學習後 將此美好的口味帶回來台灣，並於2013年正式在台北開業，並以「MOooooo Pho」美式越南粉鋪 為品牌名稱 來服務廣大喜愛美式越南河粉的朋友。

我們所提供的美式越南河粉，是以新鮮、美味及健康為訴求，湯頭是以牛大骨、蔬菜及數十種中藥材…等材料 細心慢火熬煮10個鐘頭以上的牛骨湯底，製作出清爽濃郁兼具的湯頭，讓人難以抗拒的美味，滿足您挑剔的味蕾！

Restaurant name: MOooooo Pho.
The meaning is from "cows' voice"~~moo ~ ~ ~.
In our logo, there is a cattle enjoying soaking in the soup. It means our Pho uses in senior U.S. beef imports, and meat are all qualified by SGS, to protect the health of consumers.

Vietnamese Pho is said to appear in the 20th century, and the most popular Vietnamese beef Pho restaurants were opened by Vietnamese who immigrated to the United States.

In 2012, we sent a chef to the States to learn this wonderful flavor and brought it back to Taiwan, and officially opened in Taipei in 2013. We also name "MOooooo Pho" as our brand to serve consumers who enjoy American Vietnamese Pho.


American Vietnamese Pho we serve is fresh, tasty and healthy for the demands. Our soup is made with marrow bone, vegetables, and dozens of Chinese herbal medicine and other materials boiled for more than 10 hours.


The environment is simple, bright, and comfortable.
